Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card may be charged separately for each shipment.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you ordered from JANE + MERCER but, in the event that you don’t, we’re here to help! We’ve made it quick and easy to return an item to us.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items by mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. The price tag must also be attached to the item, and you’ll need to present the receipt or invoice.
Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender, and the refund process will begin upon receipt of your returned items. Once you return an item, it may not be available for immediate repurchase. You can return items by mail or at any U.S. JANE + MERCER store.
- Apparel and home products may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags and gift boxes when applicable.
- Items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- Returns by mail using our return label take approximately 7-10 business days to receive and an additional 1-4 days to process.
- The return shipping fee is $6.95 for any number of items, which we'll automatically deduct from your refund.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.
- Please note exchanges are not available for online orders at this time.
Note: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

RETURN BY MAIL
Return labels are available for orders shipping to the continental U.S. and no additional postage is required. Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide. The return shipping fee is $6.95 for any number of items. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. The refund process will begin upon receipt of your returned items. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually.
Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
